Normal Hours Pick Up - Sunshine Coast Airport

1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
   1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
   2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +617 5457 0102) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
2. From the Baggage Claim area, exit through the main terminal doors.
3. Take the pedestrian crossing and cross over Friendship Avenue and stop at the “rental car” slip road.
4. Turn to your right and wait at the seating area on the “rental car” slip road.
5. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.
6. Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to offer an after-hours service at Sunshine Coast Airport. If your flight is delayed or lands after 4pm you will need to pick up your car the next day.
