Normal Hours Pick Up - Sunshine Coast Airport

1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
   1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
   2. Phone our office toll free on 1800 273 922 (or +617 5457 0102) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
2. From the Baggage Claim area, turn right and exit through the main doors at the end of the terminal.
3. Turn to your left and follow the walkway to Bay 4/5/6.
4. Wait here for the Apex shuttle van.
5. Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to offer an after-hours service at Sunshine Coast Airport. If your flight is delayed or lands after 4pm you will need to pick up your car the next day.
