After Hours Pick Up - Auckland Airport

  1. For customers arriving outside of normal service hours, your pre-completed rental agreements and rental vehicles can be collected from Flyaway.
  2. Scan the QR code or click here to open Google Maps for directions to the pick up point.
  3. Once you are in the Arrivals area of the International Terminal call our after hours provider Flyaway on 0800 77 66 99 and press option 1 and let them know you’re ready to be picked up.
  4. Pick-ups at Auckland Airport’s international terminal are from the Offsite Shuttle Transfer, a short, undercover walk from the terminal.
  5. The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the transport pick-up zone.
  6. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.
  7. The Flyaway shuttle buses operates on an ‘on demand’ service, which is normally no more than 20 minutes away.
  8. At the Flyaway offices, introduce yourself to the staff and they will hand you the keys to your rental vehicle (after sighting full and valid Drivers licence).
  9. Before driving off, we recommend taking a quick walk around the vehicle. To view or add photos to the condition report:
    1. Scan the QR code on the windscreen.
    2. Enter your vehicle registration number.
