Normal Hours Pick Up - Auckland Airport
(Domestic Terminal)

1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
   1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
   2. Phone our office toll free on 0800 935 050 (or +64 9 873 4395) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
2. Proceed through the exit DOOR 8, which is located at the JETSTAR CHECK IN end of the terminal.
3. Use the pedestrian crossing on the far left of the terminal and go to the Offsite Shuttle Transfer point to wait for our van.
   If you are unsure where the Offsite Shuttle Transfer point is located, please ask the information desk for assistance.
4. When the van arrives, wherever possible, we'll help load your bags. However, we'd appreciate your assistance with heavier luggage where practical.
5. Our rental location is 10 minutes’ drive from the Auckland Domestic Terminal (this may vary depending on traffic conditions at the time).
