Normal Hours Pick Up - Auckland Airport
(International Terminal)

1. Upon arrival at Auckland International Airport, phone our toll free number 0800 935 050 (or +64 9 257 0292) and let us know that you're ready to be picked up.
2. Apex shuttle pick-ups at Auckland Airport’s International Terminal are from the Transport Pick-up Zone, a short, covered walk from the terminal.
3. Exit the terminal via DOOR 8 located in the Arrivals hall.
4. The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the Transport Pick-up Zone.
5. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.
6. On the email you will see a 'Ready to Collect' button. When you are ready to be collected, simply tap/click the 'Ready to Collect' button. If you do not receive the email please phone our toll free number 0800 935 050 (or +64 9 257 0292) and let us know that you're ready to be picked up.
7. When the van arrives. The driver will help you load your luggage into the back of van or into the trailer.
8. Our rental location is a 10 minute drive from the Auckland Airport International Terminal (this may vary depending on traffic conditions at the time).
