Normal Hours Pick Up - Auckland Airport
(International Terminal)

1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
   1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
   2. Phone our office toll free on 0800 935 050 (or +64 9 873 4395) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
2. Apex shuttle pick-ups at Auckland Airport’s International Terminal are from the Offsite Shuttle Transfer point, a short, covered walk from the terminal.
3. Exit the terminal via DOOR 8 located in the Arrivals hall.
4. The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the Offsite Shuttle Transfer point.
5. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.
6. When the van arrives, wherever possible, we'll help load your bags. However, we'd appreciate your assistance with heavier luggage where practical.
7. Our rental location is a 10 minute drive from the Auckland Airport International Terminal (this may vary depending on traffic conditions at the time).
